Yes! As a client of Areal Property Management, you will have a dedicated local property manager as your point of contact for all things related to your property as well as the support of the entire Areal Property Management.
By focusing solely on property management, you receive top-notch quality service at a lower fee. Customers are the core of our business and should always be our top priority.
There are three main types of fees. The monthly administration fee is ______. When looking for new tenants, we charge rent including viewings, reference checks, drafting rental agreements, security deposits, entry/exit control, and handing over of keys. Marketing expenses cover the cost of platinum listings on major portals.
Finding you a great tenant who will treat your property as if it were their own is arguably the most important thing we do.
When a tenant applies, we will screen them against our internal criteria, which takes into account a variety of factors such as the applicant’s rental history, employment history, and a range of other factors that we are legally permitted to consider.
We’ll then make a recommendation to you and, more importantly, show you the applicant’s entire application so you can see exactly what we see.
Once your tenant submits a maintenance request via their tenant portal it’s reviewed by our team. Upon receiving a valid request, we will send it to you for your approval. If we require more information, we’ll request it from the tenant.
Maintenance requests must be submitted with pictures and a clear, detailed description of the problem.
Our company conducts at least two inspections a year on your property. This ensures that we are following the applicable laws governing inspections. We will accommodate if there is a reason to do more (such as pre-existing issues that need to be resolved).
Inspections are all included in the flat $_____ property management fee! We don’t charge for inspections as many property managers do.
